The SCADA system is designed for comprehensive water management, covering the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of advanced control and monitoring systems for reservoirs, headworks, water treatment plants, booster stations, rural sumps, overhead tanks, and DMA chambers. Centralised monitoring is facilitated through a control centre, integrating components such as electromagnetic flowmeters, electrically actuated valves, pressure transmitters, ultrasonic level transmitters, and sensors for water quality parameters, including chlorine, ammonia, TDS, conductivity, turbidity, and pH. This ensures efficient, real-time management and optimization of water resources.

SCADA (EB)

(TANGEDCO)

The project involves the Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of a Network Interface Card (NIC), functioning as an intelligent modem capable of communication through RF, Cellular, and Bluetooth Technologies. This NIC will be integrated with advanced Data Acquisition Systems to enable seamless data collection, processing, and transmission. The scope also includes the integration of the NIC with the existing Feeder Meter Data Management (MDM) system, ensuring efficient real-time data exchange, enhanced connectivity, and improved operational control. The system is designed to optimise network performance, ensure reliability, and facilitate streamlined data management for comprehensive monitoring and analysis.

24X7 WATER SUPPLY

(Nagercoil, Tirunelveli, Avadi & Vellore)

The project involves the Design, Supply, Construction, Testing, and Commissioning of Pump Rooms, Overhead Tanks, Distribution Systems, Feeder Mains, and Pipelines, along with excavation and re-roading works. It also includes the integration of a SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) System for real-time monitoring, remote operation, and efficient management of the water supply network. A 24x7 Water Supply System will be implemented by installing MultiJet mechanical water meters at individual house service connections. These meters ensure accurate consumption measurement and transparent billing, supporting efficient resource management and continuous water availability.

AMR METER

(CHENNAI GCC Zone 1 to 15)

The project involves the Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of AMR (Automated Meter Reading) Meters for commercial buildings, integrated with a Mobile Application for real-time water usage monitoring, billing, and service management. The system supports UPI-based digital payments, enabling seamless and secure bill settlements. The scope includes meter installation, communication setup for remote data collection, mobile app deployment, and backend server integration for centralized monitoring. Through integration with the Integrated Command and Control Center (ICCC), the system will enable real-time monitoring of billing and non-billing connections, identification of working and non-working meters, and automated data reporting for operational efficiency. A 5-year maintenance plan is included to ensure continuous system performance, software updates, and technical support.

FSA

(CMWSSB)

The AMR (Automated Meter Reading) project involves the supply, installation, and commissioning of smart meters for commercial and industrial water connections, integrated with a robust gateway system for centralised data collection and transmission. The system enables real-time water usage monitoring, automated reporting, and seamless integration with billing systems, eliminating manual readings. It supports wireless communication for efficient data transfer and anomaly detection, ensuring operational transparency and accuracy. Additionally, the project includes a comprehensive 5-year maintenance plan, ensuring system reliability, timely updates, and sustained performance to optimise water resource management.

The project involves the Supplying, Installing, and Commissioning of advanced Filling Post Control Units and Smart Card-Based Online Monitoring Systems utilising IoT and SCADA technologies across 191 filling points. The system integrates Electromagnetic Smart Flow Meters and Motorised Valves to ensure accurate flow measurement and precise control. Additionally, the project includes a Distribution Vehicle Tracking and Monitoring System, enabling real-time tracking, automated reporting, and seamless data integration. This comprehensive setup enhances operational efficiency, ensures accurate monitoring, and provides end-to-end visibility of the distribution network, thereby optimising resource management and improving accountability.

TTPS

(Thoothukudi TANGEDCO)

The project involves the supply, installation, and commissioning of a 2300mm Insertion Type Electromagnetic Flow Meter at Tuticorin Thermal Power Station (TTPS) for Units I to IV. This initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency by providing accurate flow measurement and monitoring capabilities. The scope includes ensuring compliance with technical specifications, seamless integration with existing systems, and thorough testing and commissioning to ensure reliable performance across all units.

OCEMS & STP AUTOMATION

(Nagercoil & Rajapalayam)

The project involves the design, construction, supply, installation, and commissioning of advanced flowmeters, electrically actuated valves, and an integrated STP Analyser automation system. The system features high-precision electromagnetic flowmeters for accurate flow monitoring, valves for precise flow and pressure control, and analysers for real-time assessment of critical wastewater parameters such as pH, turbidity, COD, BOD, TSS, ammonia, and nitrates. Integrated with SCADA or similar systems, the setup ensures centralised monitoring, data acquisition, and process optimisation. Built with corrosion-resistant materials and energy-efficient components, the solution ensures reliable performance, regulatory compliance, and sustainable wastewater treatment operations.

OMS (Oxygen Monitoring System)

(All Tamilnadu Govt Hospitals)

The project involves the Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of an Oxygen Monitoring System (OMS) across all government hospitals in Tamil Nadu. The OMS will continuously monitor the availability, pressure levels, and flow rates of medical oxygen in centralized and distributed supply systems. It will include the installation of sensors, control panels, and real-time monitoring units integrated with a centralized dashboard for remote supervision. The system will ensure early detection of low oxygen levels, enable quick response to critical situations, and maintain uninterrupted oxygen supply for patient care. The project scope covers site preparation, equipment installation, system integration, testing, commissioning, and user training. A 5-year maintenance and support plan is also included to ensure system reliability, periodic calibration, timely repairs, and operational sustainability.
